3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of credentials

4. Data Ownership

• Customers own their operational data
• AgNext may use aggregated/anonymized data for analytics

5. Access & Availability

• Service provided on best-effort uptime
• Maintenance windows may apply

6. Integrations

The platform may connect with:

• IoT devices
• Third-party systems
• External APIs

AgNext is not responsible for third-party failures.

7. Liability Limitation

AgNext is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Business losses due to incorrect data input

8. Termination

We may suspend access if:

• Terms are violated
